In the rare event that you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it for a full refund or exchange it for the same or a different product within 14 days of receipt. Alternatively, we can provide you with store credit to place a new order.

For returns or exchanges, please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs. Any taxes or customs charges incurred must be covered by you, so please ensure that returns are sent DDP (delivery duties paid) to ensure a smooth process.

A restocking fee of $3.99 per item will be applied to all returns, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

We accept returns on all merchandise, provided the item(s) are in their original condition, showing no signs of wear or damage (including deodorant marks, makeup stains, tanning products, etc.). All tags MUST be attached to the items for the return to be accepted.

If you receive a damaged item, you MUST notify customer service within 24 hours of receipt to qualify for a refund.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact customer service within one hour of placing it. Since orders are processed quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after this time.

Please note:

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable.
  • FINAL SALE items are not eligible for return.
  • Late returns shipped beyond 14 days from receipt will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

RETURN / EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS

Upon successful receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), a refund will be issued within 2-3 days. Please note that the refund will exclude the original shipping charges and any applicable restocking fees.

Contact our customer support team at customersupport@deborahoten.ca to inform them of your intent to return the item(s).

Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging to ensure safe transit.

Print the return form provided by our customer service team, complete it, and place it inside the return package. Also, send a picture or scan of the form to us via email. Packages without the return form will not be processed.

Arrange and pay for return shipping to our designated return address. Please ensure the package is sent DDP (Delivery Duties Paid). We recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking and insurance.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process the refund according to our refund policy.
